DIY Prom Corsage

Hey everyone! Welcome to the first post in my DIY Prom series. Today's DIY is a DIY Prom Corsage! A corsage is a small bouquet of flowers usually given by the guy to the girl to wear on her wrist. Corsages can be up to $45, which is why today's DIY is essential if you want to save money. (Prom can be extremely expensive, so it's definitely worth saving a few bucks!) Let's get started! You will need: - 2 inch wide satin ribbon: choose a color that coordinates with your date's dress. - A flower: my favorite flowers to use for corsages are roses and carnations. Tip: If you buy a bouquet, your friends can use the other flowers in the bouquet for their DIY corsages! - A "filler flower": baby's breath is a great filler flower because it completes the look of the corsage. - Floral wire (Thin green wire made for wrapping flowers) - Floral tape (Thin green tape made for wrapping flowers) Steps: 1. Cut the stem off your flower, but leave 2 inches under
