DIY Phone Holder

Hey DIYers, do you ever have those moments when you want to watch Netflix, but your hand is tired? Well me too. Today's DIY is an easy and cheap way to solve this. Let's get started! You will need: - Toilet paper roll - Exacto knife - 4 tacks - Anything you want to decorate the toilet paper roll Steps: 1. Decorate the toilet paper roll to your liking. Things you can decorate with are washi tape, glitter glue, stickers, or something like that. 2. Using an exacto knife, make a slit long enough for the bottom of your phone. 3. Make another slit that is wide enough for your phone to slip through. 4. Slice off the sides of the two slits to make a rectangle shape. 5. Put the four tacks on the sides of the toilet paper roll to act as feet. 6. Slip your phone inside the rectangle slit! You're done! I hope you enjoyed this DIY tutorial for a DIY Phone Holder! Sorry it was worded so badly... it's hard to explain. Just use the picture above for reference. Stay tu

DIY Apple Cider Bites

Hey DIYers! Are you obsessed with apples but don't like drinking them? Aka apple cider? That's me. Today's DIY is DIY Apple Cider Bites, which are apple slices that taste like apple cider. You suck on them and get all the juice (apple cider?) out, and then eat them! Yum, right? The best part about this DIY is it's incredibly easy! Let's get started! You will need: - Apple - Knife - Microwave Steps: 1. Slice thin slices of an apple of your choice (my favorite is honeycrisp apples!) with a knife. Be careful that you don't cut yourself! 2. Evenly place the apple slices on a plate. 3. Microwave the apple slices for 20 seconds or until you hear them sizzling. 4. Let the apples cool for a few minutes. You're done! Just pop the apple slices in your mouth, and suck on them. Yuuummm! They kind of remind me of lollipops. But healthy lollipops. ;) Anyways, I hope you enjoyed this DIY tutorial for DIY Apple Cider Bites! Stay tuned for more DIYs coming so

I love lip tints because they don't wear off when you eat/drink, don't need to be reapplied, and give a more natural look than regular lipstick. Let's get started! You will need: - 1 Small Beet - 1 tablespoon of coconut oil To make the stain: 1. Cook the beet. (Click HERE  for directions) 2. Cut the beet into 1x1 cubes. This will be EXTREMELY messy, and your hands will get stained in the process if you don't use gloves. 3. Put the beet cubes in a blender along with the coconut oil. 4. Pour the liquid into a small jar or bowl. To use the stain: 1. Using a lip brush or q-tip, apply the stain to your lips. 2. Leave the stain on for an hour. Make sure not to lick your lips, or eat/drink. 3. After the hour is up, dampen a washcloth and lightly wash the stain off your lips. You're done! Now your lips are a perfect pink-purple color!
