Hi DIYers! Happy October 1st!  I love October because it means it’s time for Halloween! Today’s DIY is a DIY Taylor Swift look what you made me do Halloween costume. I am OBSESSED with this song and her new music video for it, so much so that this DIY is based off all the costumes she wore in the video. Let’s get started!  1. “She never came out of the woods” You will need:  Zombie makeup with a long blue dress that is covered in dirt. 2. “I won the lawsuit” You will need:  A silver dress, diamond accessories, red nails, and red lips. Hey DIYers! Unfortunely,  August is coming to an end. That means school is starting soon, for the most of us. Sigh.  At school, don't you hate it when all your friends ask you for gum?  Even people you're not friends with ask you for gum. And by sharing all that gum, you run out, and then have to buy more. That's why today's DIY is perfect for you.  It's DIY chewing gum! This way, you won't have to go out to the store and buy those expensive packs of gum. Let's get started! You will need: - 1/2-1 cup powdered sugar - 1/3 cup base gum pellets - 1 tablespoon powdered flavoring - 2 tablespoons corn syrup - Kitchen Supplies - Small, microwavable container - Waxed paper - Wooden popsicle stick Steps: 1. DIY Sea Salt Hair Spray for Beachy Waves

Hey everyone! Even though it's summer, I don't have access to a beach. It's actually quite sad because one of my favorite parts about swimming in the ocean is the effect it gives my hair- beachy waves! That's why today's DIY is perfect for people like me (without access to a beach): it's DIY Sea Salt Hair Spray that makes your hair form into beachy waves! Let's get started! You'll need: - A spray bottle - Small bowl of warm water (not boiling but warmer than room temperature) - 3 teaspoons of Sea Salt - 1/4 teaspoon coconut oil - 3 squirts of hair gel Steps: 1. Pour the salt into the bowl of warm water and stir. 2. Add in the coconut oil, and stir. 3. Add in the hair gel, and stir. 4. Carefully pour the mixture into the spray bottle. 5. Hey DIYers! Don't you hate it when you have no place to put your valuable belongings when you go on a run? I know I do! That's why today's DIY is a DIY Workout Armband, where you can stuff in your phone, keys, credit card, etc. This DIY is super easy and cheap, so let's get started! You will need: - A thick tube sock - Fabric Scissors Steps: 1. Cut the foot off the tube sock 2. Slide the sock onto your arm 3. Fold up the bottom of the sock to make a little pouch 4. DIY Fix Broken Makeup!

Hey DIYers, have you ever dropped your makeup and it shatters? Well I have, and it honestly sucks... AND, I dropped it on Christmas Day. Aghhh! Today's DIY will help you repair/fix your broken makeup and make them look pretty much brand new. Powders, Highlights, Bronzers, etc. You will need: - Broken makeup - Clean knife - Rubbing alcohol - Paper towel or tissue Steps: 1. Collect all of the broken makeup pieces in the bottom of the compact. 2. Break up the makeup as fine as you can using a very clean knife. 3. Add a few drops of rubbing alcohol and mix until it forms a paste; add a few more drops if needed. 4. Spread and smooth makeup back into the compact. Tap on a flat surface to remove any air bubbles. Let dry about 1 hour, or until almost dry but still a little damp. 5. Cover the makeup surface with a clean paper towel or tissue. Use the cap of the rubbing alcohol bottle to pack and smooth the makeup even further. Let dry completely. 6. You're done! Tip: If ...

DIY Churro Ice Cream Sandwiches

Hey DIYers! How has your summer been so far? Mine has been great! Today's DIY is DIY Churro Ice Cream Sandwiches. These taste BOMB because what's a better dessert than Churros and Ice cream combined? (That was a rhetorical question ;)) Let's get started! You will need: (This makes 10-12 churro ice-cream sandwiches) - 3 cups water - ⅓ cup oil - ½ tablespoon salt - 2 cups flour - Oil, for frying - 1 cup sugar - ¼ cup cinnamon - Ice cream of your choice (vanilla is best in my opinion) Steps: 1. In a large pot, bring the water, oil, and salt to a boil. 2. Add the flour and turn the heat off. Quickly stir the flour until it forms a smooth paste/ball. 3. Transfer the dough into a piping bag lined with a star tip. 4. Pipe 6-inch spirals onto a sheet lined with parchment paper, starting from the middle and going around in a circle, making sure that there are no gaps between the loops. 5.
