Hey DIYers! It's fall which means several people are doing fall sports! And for athletes of any season, it's important the refuel their body with proper minerals. So today, this DIY is DIY Energy Popsicles! These popsicles are made out of sports energy drinks, that contain minerals to help athletes refuel their bodies after a game or hard work out. Let's get started! You will need: - Popsicle mold (Not actual mold, haha, but one of those 'molds' to make popsicles with!) - Sports drink (I recommend Gatorade or Powerade!") Steps: 1. Pour the sports drink into the popsicle mold. 2. Put the popsicle tops on, and put it in the freezer for 24 hours. 3. Take the mold out! 4. Run warm/hot water on the mold to remove the popsicles!
