DIY Riverdale Halloween Costumes

Hey everyone! I know I’m a little late to jump on the train,  but I recently become obsessed with the TV show, Riverdale!  I think the characters of Riverdale will be like last year‘s Suicide Squad Halloween costumes:  as in they will be the most popular.  Even I’m going to be Veronica!  Let’s get started!

1. Archie Andrews
I love Archie in the show.  He cares about his friends, and honestly, I wish more boys in real life were as sweet as he is. I totally ship him with Veronica, #Varchie, and can we please mention... how freaking hot KJ Apa is?!

You will need:
- Blue and Yellow Varisty Jacket with a Yellow R taped/stitched on.  Not gonna lie, varsity jackets expensive, so might as well buy this already-made one from Amazon.
- Jeans
- White shirt
- Any shoes of your choice
- Red hairspray dye (optional)

2. Betty
OK.  Betty kind of scares me because of how sweet and how angry she is at the same time. Nonetheless, I love her character, and how smart and adoring she is of the people around her. Plus, Lili Reinhart is gorgeous!!

You will need:
- Preppy looking outfit (I.e.  Pastel sweater, white collared shirt underneath it, black pants,  ballet flats )
- Hair in high ponytail. Curl the hair in one direction to make it PERFECT!

3. Veronica
I think Veronica is my favorite character because one,  Camila Mendes, and two, she went from a mean, popular, NYC girl to a kind-hearted girl in Riverdale wanting a change. She is loyal to her father even though she low-key knows he’s a crook, and is witty.

You will need:
- High-fashion outfit (think Blair Woldorf!!) Veronica wears black a lot because it looks  more sophisticated, so incorporate that into your look.
-  Dark plum lipstick
-  Bold eyebrows

4. Jughead
I’m going to do a DIY on Jughead’s famous beanie coming soon, so look out for that ;)

5. BONUS! Josie and the Pussycats

You will need:
- Fake cat ears!!

I think if you were in a group and everyone dressed up as a different character,  you all would look fantastic,  and knock everyone’s socks off!  For more inspiration, look on Google images!

Hey DIYers! It's March which means TOLO, also known as Sadie Hawkins, is happening at most high schools! TOLO is a school dance where girls ask guys/whoever they want to ask (for example, I'm asking my best friend instead of a guy!) Today's DIY will show you 5 poster ideas for you to use. Let's get started! For the gamer: This FortNite poster will give you a yes in under a second! So cute! A post shared by Prom, Hoco, Sadies, & more! 💕💍 (@the.promposals) on Mar 23, 2018 at 4:31pm PDT For the comedian: Sticky-note your date's car for a good laugh between the two of you. (Spell out TOLO instead of Homecoming though) For the foodie: Everyone loves Chicken Nuggets, and this poster's pun (lucky nugget) would be perfect when asking out your date! For the athlete: The best part about this poster is that TOLO has two O's, so you can draw your date's sport as replacements. For example, draw baseballs for the O's if he/she play...
